Global Day of Jewish Learning
One day every year, over 10,000 people around the world participate in The Global Day of Jewish Learning. In hundreds of synagogues, JCCs, and other communal institutions, Jews of all backgrounds connect with one another through the shared study of our sacred texts. Held annually since 2010, the initiative is inspired by the vision of Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz.
Schnur Group (SG) drove global engagement for the Global Day of Jewish Learning, an annual event connecting Jewish communities worldwide. We developed a digital strategy combining social media, email marketing, and online campaigns like #TagGratitude on Twitter and the “I’m Grateful” Facebook initiative to raise awareness, spark participation, and build anticipation. The campaign grew the Global Day Facebook page by 400%, reaching communities across five continents. By leveraging the event’s themes of gratitude and blessings, SG encouraged individuals to share personal stories, fostering meaningful global engagement and connection.
