The Greenpoint/Williamsburg Waterfront Rezoning Project transformed a 184-block former industrial hub along the East River in Brooklyn into a high-density, mixed-use residential and recreational corridor. It enabled massive private development in exchange for public waterfront access and affordable housing.

The effort included securing buy-in from residents, stakeholders, and government representatives, while shaping positive public opinion across local, city, and state media.
